Finally after much hard work my company's first store is open in St. Petersburg, Russia. The facility has a three-bay fast lube (oil change), a 100-foot tunnel car wash and a two bay detail center. This is the first dedicated express oil change (fast lube) in all of Russia. It's really exciting and the initial response from clients has been overwhelmingly positive. Unfortunately clients already have pre-existing bad habits. What do I mean? Russians are used to searching around town for their oil filter, air filter, and oil, because typically no one location will have all three and certainly not the guys who would eventually change their oil. Many customers have come to our place thinking that we just change the oil and don't realize that we are a full-service shop. We have their oil filter, air filter, and oil and that's not all. For most makes and models we also carry and cabin air filter, light bulbs, windshield wiper blades, transmission fluid, antifreeze, and belts.
We have named the business Super Express. The name implies that service in
not only of good quality, but is quick as well. Most clients are surprised at how fast their car is in and out of our facility, whether they are getting their oil changed or simply getting their car washed. Our average oil change takes 15 minutes, while the average car wash takes 10 minutes (with internal vacuuming and cleaning). Just enough time to pay the cashier and grab a quick coffee.
